I always appreciate seeing call signs on my SDRs. All right, this is WB7MAX, Net Control for the West Coast Bible Study. We are in Psalm 58 today, Psalm 5:8, so if you could turn your Bibles to that section, we'll be looking at that one today.

Before we get started, however, we want to open our time together in prayer, and so, Beck, Alpha Alpha 5 Yankee, if you could open in prayer, I sure appreciate that. Go ahead, Beck. Roger.

Let us come to the Lord in prayer. Alpha Alpha 5 Yankee. Thank you, God, for letting us see the light of a new day.

I hear that we're going to be having people that are going to be painting on scaffolding and things like that. And I pray for safety in your arms that you watch over us when we're doing things like that. And whatever else, what anyone else is doing today, we ask that the...

message that we obtain in your word and not only fulfill us today but for the rest of our lives that we carry it with us and that we share it with others we pray for peace calmness and love in our hearts towards everyone and everything This we pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen.

Beck, thank you so much for that prayer. I really appreciate that. All right.

We are in Psalm 58. You know, as we compare Psalm 58 with the preceding psalms that we have just gone through, 54, 55, 56, 57, and now we're in 58, right? We see that the theme in this group of psalms is pretty much the same.

And the reoccurring theme is that David has enemies. These enemies are unjustly oppressing David with lies and conspiracies and efforts to kill him. And David is putting his trust in God to protect him.

and he is expressing confidence that God will protect him. Yet in the midst of these common themes in all of these Psalms, and the one today carries that same theme, there's distinctive emphases and unique perspectives that make each of them individually provide an indispensable point of edification and instruction. So these psalms are not redundant.

These psalms are instead complementary. And each of them contributes important dimensions of truth that the others do not. So I just want to encourage us not to get tired of the similar themes that we've been hearing the last several days and are going to hear today, because there's something new to learn in each of these psalms.

And, of course, these are issues we repeatedly have to deal with in our lives in spiritual warfare. So it stands to reason... that we would have repeated instruction about them in the Bible, in the scriptures.

And this is especially true for the leaders of the people of God. We have to remember who is writing these psalms. It's David, who is the spiritual leader of the nation, number one, and number two, he's the political leader of the nations.

And so here's a man who's both a prophet and also a king. And because David is the leader of the people of God, he's singled out by Satan and his people for more frequent and more vicious attacks than the average Jewish believer would be the focus of. And in the same way, while the average Christian in the pew may seldom experience direct efforts to destroy them by slander and betrayal, the pastors of the churches who lead the people of God like David did experience it a lot.

And so if Satan can take David down, he can take the nation down. And when the shepherd is threatened, then the sheep are scattered. And this is why you really need to pray for those that are in spiritual leadership, because they're the special focus of Satan's attack and are more frequently and more viciously attacked because of the leadership positions they have.

And so we need to understand that in these Psalms, David's not having a pity party. He's not saying, "Woe is me." He's simply telling the truth about how difficult it is when you stand up for God and you stand up for truth and you lead the people of God, and the more you live and preach the truth of God and the more you lead the people of God, the more you get assaulted. And so in warfare, the battle is the most hotly contested at the place of greatest importance.

And therefore, Satan assaults most strongly those who have the greatest threat to his kingdom, and they are none other than the spiritual leaders of the people of God. Now, the particular emphasis of this psalm, as opposed to the previous ones we looked at, is that truth that's contained in Romans 12, 19, where God says... Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath, because it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, saith the Lord.

And so what God is telling us in Romans 12, 19, is you don't go give vengeance yourself, you leave that into my hands. And so those that David is describing in verses 1 to 5 of this psalm have done tremendous wickedness and violence to him. And yet David does not exercise vengeance upon them.

Instead, in verses 6 to 9, he asks God to exercise vengeance. He asks God to exercise justice regarding the behavior of these men. And so David then says that the righteous are going to rejoice when they see God.

getting vengeance. Now, the background, the historical background to this psalm is 1 Samuel 24 and 1 Samuel 26. Now, 1 Samuel 24 and 1 Samuel 26, in both of those passages, David's being pursued by Saul, right?

And twice he has a chance to kill Saul, Once when Saul was going to the bathroom in a cave where David was hiding and he cut off the edge of his robe. And the other is David and his friend snuck into the camp where Saul was sleeping and stole his spear and his water bottle, right? and then calls out and says, hey, I could have killed you, but I didn't because you're the Lord's anointed.

I'm not going to get vengeance myself, but God will get vengeance in due time. And so in 1 Samuel 24, David says to Saul in verse 12, The Lord judge between me and thee, and the Lord avenge me of thee, but my hand shall not be on thee. And then in 1 Samuel 26, in verse 10, David said, As the Lord lives, the Lord shall smite him, or his day shall come to die, or he shall descend into battle and perish.

And so he says, I'm not going to kill him. God will take care of him. So ultimately, of course, the Lord did take care of Saul in 1 Samuel 31, and he was killed by the Philistines, and David was delivered.

And so even though Saul had done great evil to David, David didn't do great evil back to Saul. He just put it in the hands of the Lord, and he let the Lord deal with it, and the Lord dealt with it in due time, and he didn't have a defiled conscience anymore. for having gone and gotten vengeance, even when he could have.

And so he had a lot of peace about how God dealt with the situation. So that's the background. That's the nature of our psalm.

That's the theme of this particular one. that deals with that common theme of how David responds to his enemies. All right.

With that background and understanding, we're going to have Eric at KD7ES read our passage, Psalm 58. And you can see that perspective as he reads that to us. Eric, KD7ES, go ahead and read.

Okay, thank you. Psalm 58: Do you indeed speak righteousness, you silent ones? Do you judge uprightly, you sons of men?

No, in heart you work wickedness; you weigh out the violence of your hands in the earth. The wicked are estranged from the womb; They go astray as soon as they are born, speaking lies. Their poison is like the poison of a serpent.

They are like the deaf cobra that stops its ear, which will not heed the voice of the charmers, charming ever so skillfully. Break their teeth and their mouth, O God. Break out the fangs of the young lions, O Lord.

Let them flow away as waters which run continually. When he bends his bow, let his arrows be as if cut in pieces. Let them be like a snail which melts away as it goes, like a stillborn child of a woman that they may not see the sun.

Before your pots can feel the burning thorns, he shall take them away as a whirlwind as in his living and burning wrath the righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked so that men will say surely there is a reward for the righteous surely he is god who judges in the earth And that is Psalm 58 reading from the New King James Version. I was thinking, where's that rascal? There he is. Roger, you got a comment for us.

Go ahead. Yeah, that first phrase that Eric read... when I say first phrase, that first cluster of verses 1 through 5 seems very much like Jeremiah in 17, Jeremiah 17, 9 and 10.

Should I read it? Yes, please read it to us. Yeah, it says, "The heart is more deceitful than all else, and is desperately sick.

Who can understand it?" And then it says in verse 10, "I, the Lord, search the heart; I test the mind, even to give each man according to his ways." according to the result of his deeds it seems like there is a quite a low view of how we are with this sin infected being from the first Adam over yeah well said Roger thank you for bringing out that verse in Jeremiah 17 9 to 10 you know what you're talking about there Roger is the doctrine of total depravity And the doctor of total depravity just says that sin has defaced the image of God in us. It has corrupted us. It has made us rebellious and defiant against God.

It has made us love sin and hate God. And so the point is that the effect of Adam's fall that's passed down to us is that each of us are born sinful. Notice it says in verse 3 of Psalm 58, The wicked are estranged from the womb.

They go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies. So we're born fallen. We're born depraved.

That depravity extends to every area of our being, to our intellect, our emotions, and our will. So our minds are darkened, our emotions are perverted, and as a result, our wills make choices that are corrupt. um This is why we need to be saved, and more importantly, this is why we need to be born again, so that that old, corrupt, fallen nature can be removed and we can be given a new nature, one that now loves God and hates sin, and one who loves people and desires to do them good instead of being cruel and evil towards them.

All of us who've had children know that we don't need to teach our children to sin. They're little sinners as soon as they're born. pitching temper tantrums and lying and being mean to other children and we have to teach them to do right.

We don't have to teach them to do wrong. So this is the reason why people behave so corruptly and so badly is because they're born with fallen nature's that are prone to sin, are oriented towards sin, that love sin. Men love darkness rather than light.

Okay. And so, yeah, here we are. The heart is deceitful and desperately wicked.

God knows the heart, and so we need to be saved from our corrupt hearts. And that happens when we are born again. So that explains the behavior.

We think, "Why do people behave like that?" Well, because they have corrupt fallen natures. I mean, why does a fish swim? Why does a bird fly?

They were born that way, right? And why do we do evil? We're born that way, and that's why we need to get saved.

And the good news is we have a Savior, right? The Lord Jesus. And He's the one who brings about the new birth and redemption and deliverance.

And, of course, ultimately the end of our salvation is that we will have a completely pure heart. We'll have a completely spiritual life. and wholesome body and we'll be free from all the effects of sin and fallenness in the resurrection.

So, Roger, thank you for bringing that out. Back to you there, Roger. Any further comments?

Go ahead. You covered it well. That's more than I could have done over here.

Brian, go ahead. Yeah, what you just said, John, it's so different to what you just said than what the world wants to say about us. Right now, you hear from everybody, you know, literally, the phrase, you know, I think everybody is doing good.

and their surroundings turn them back, they look at it just the other way around. It's just different. Yeah, copy that, Brian.

Well said. Yeah, the world likes to think we're born neutral or born good, and it's our environment that corrupts us. No.

You know, Romans chapter 5 and verse 12, For by one man sin entered the world, and death by sin. And so death passed upon all men, for that all sinned. And so what we have is this poisonous stream flowing into the human race from Adam, where when he fell and obtained his fallen nature, then that's passed to us by birth.

And that's why we need a new birth. And so one of the fundamental problems with social policy is when you assume people are fundamentally good... the expression of our sinful tendencies Brian thanks for bringing that out you're exactly right when people start with a wrong premise of who mankind is they wind up making all sorts of really perverse choices And so praise the Lord for protection, and praise the Lord that Satan is not able to do all he would like to do.

You know, in the end, when Antichrist is raised up, he will be able to do a lot more than he's able to do now. But for now, Satan is bound, and he is limited in what he's able to do. And someday he'll be loosed, but until then we are in a time of protection and really grateful for that for sure.

Yeah, good copy, Mark. Thank you for that. Yes.

And what this really is, is this is a prayer for God to give vengeance on David's enemies, because he's not going to go give vengeance himself, because God says, vengeance is mine, I'll repay. And so, you know, verse 10, the righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance. What vengeance is that?

WHAT'S THE VENGEANCE OF GOD? AND SO, YOU KNOW, ON THE ONE HAND, WE WANT TO SEE OUR ENEMIES SAVED, RIGHT? AND WE PRAY FOR THEIR SALVATION.

BUT ON THE OTHER HAND, IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO GET SAVED, THE LORD JUST TAKE THEM AWAY, TAKE THEM OUT. so that this evil will stop. And so, yeah, the metaphors here, Mark, are very powerful.

You know, we're talking about breaking teeth. We're talking about verse 8 as a snail when it melts. You know, the thing about snails, they can't handle too much sun.

If you ever put salt on a slug, well, you know how they melt. And that's the picture here. And then, you know, we have the tornado in verse 9, "Take them away as a tornado." And then, of course, in verse 10, as you pointed out, "Wash his feet in the blood of the wicked." So very powerful visual images here that are not perhaps to be taken literally, but illustrate the depth of the evil.

and the need for the depth of the judgment that comes upon these folks for their defiance of God and for their attacks upon His family, His people. So, you know, when we see God exercising justice, we have a joy not because our enemies have but because God's justice has been vindicated. And that's where the joy comes.

You know, I'm never happy to see anybody cast into hell, all right? But at the same time, I'm really happy about the fact that God's justice has been vindicated and that... the moral universe is intact and that I can have the confidence that sowing and reaping actually does work.

And that's an encouragement on the positive side too, right? So when we repent and we trust Jesus as our Savior and we live for Him, then God's going to see that and respond to that as well. So we tend to think of vengeance just as the negative aspect, and it is, but then there's the reward, which is another kind of vengeance, if you will.

I mean, you understand how I'm using the word in a positive way. There's the reward. which is for retribution.

That's the word I want. So we have retribution negatively. It's called vengeance.

We have retribution positively. It's called reward. And so we rejoice in both of those.

Yeah, Mark, washing your feet in the blood of your enemies, that's a powerful metaphor. That's a powerful visual image. And I suppose, you know, in the battles they had back in the day when they're killing each other with swords and spears, there probably was so much blood on the ground that you actually did walk in it.

So, Mark, thanks for bringing that out. Other comments, please come down. WB7VZL.

Roger, please go ahead. It's like you were contrasting the contrast between the righteous and the wicked and the descriptions that you were highlighting in our passage. I couldn't help but think...

especially when it requires the concept of thorns, the hot fire before it hits the pot. I imagine this description of the thorns is a very hot fire to get things going, but the hot fire is probably highlighted in in Malachi chapter 4. Would you want me to read that?

Please, go ahead. For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace, and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaffed. and the day that is coming will set them ablaze, says the Lord of hosts, so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.

But, here's the contrast that you were highlighting, but for you who fear my name and the Son of Righteousness will rise with healing in its wings, And you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall. And then here's another contrast, but verse 3, And you will tread down the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet of the day which I am preparing, says the Lord of hosts. That's maybe a rough comparison of blood, swimming in the blood of the wicked.

Over. Okay. Yeah, you know, and Roger, I really like what you're doing, and that's using Scripture to explain Scripture.

You know, the Bible is a self-interpreting book, right? And so when we run across something like our statement in Psalm 58, verse 9, we think, well, what does that mean? Well, other passages use those same metaphors, those same pictures, word pictures, and they help cast additional light on it.

And, you know, that's one of the things about the book of Revelation, is that all those strange figures that are used in the book, they're all explained in the Old Testament. And so it's interesting that we can understand difficult passages from other passages that speak more clearly about the subject. So we see this beast rising up out of the sea, like a lion and a leopard and a bear, and a terrible beast with seven heads and ten horns.

And we go, what is that? Well, it talks all about that in Daniel chapter 7. They go, oh, that represents the nations.

Okay. And so, Roger, what you're doing here is helping us understand our passage from other passages and that's really, really valuable. You know, when you look at verse 9, it says, before your pots can feel the thorns.

So if you're familiar, if you're from the Southwest, we have something called tumbleweeds, right? And tumbleweeds... You know, if you light those things on fire, they burn very rapidly and with a great deal of heat.

And so when people wanted to cook a quick meal, they'd grab some tumbleweed, they'd smash them all up, and they would light a fire and hot, fast heat for their pots that they're cooking their food in. But, you know, because they're tumbleweeds, they're in a windy area, right? The tumbleweeds are blown around.

Well, if as soon as you light the fire, the wind comes along and blows the tumbleweed the tumbleweeds away, you can't get your pot hot, right? And so verse 9, before your pots can feel the thorns, that is the heat that the thorns are producing, he shall take them away as with a whirlwind, a strong wind, both the living and in his wrath. And so the idea is before the wicked can do us harm and bring the heat of their anger against us, God just takes them away.

And so oftentimes people have intended harm, and they're not able to achieve their harm because God goes, I'm not going to allow that to happen, and he just takes those folks away. So that's the picture there in verse 9. And, Roger, the passage you read...

brings out parallel ideas there. Thank you for that. All right, other comments, please come now.

KJ7, PVT, Mark, go ahead. I just want to follow up on that. There's a thing that I wanted to highlight here.

It's not a very good comment, but this is a vision of the future of the American here. It's directed towards the evil, not the hope. And so they use this word to direct the word to action for the right now..

Yeah, I think you're right there, Mark. But evil never exists independent of people. And to take out the evil is to take out the instrument that expresses it.

because it wouldn't exist were people not expressing it. So, you know, God is angry with the wicked every day, not just with their wickedness. Although the wickedness, of course, is a source of His anger towards them because they're the ones that are doing it.

And so... You're right. Who's behind the people?

Well, it's Satan. I mean, you look at the Garden of Eden, right? Who started that whole process?

It was Satan. And so we see Satan as the source of the evil. We see he's the provoker of the evil.

We see he's directing evil people to do evil things. It says, well, let's read verse 10 and 11, all right? The righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance.

He shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked, verse 11, so that a man may say, verily, there is a reward for the righteous. Verily, he is the God that judges in the earth. And so, really, I think verse 11 captures what the whole psalm is talking about, and that is evil people are doing evil things, They intend great harm.

They do great harm. And so we pray and we say, "God, please take care of this evil. Please take care of these evil people who are the instruments of this evil." And then when we see that starting to happen, you know, they're restrained in their ability to do evil.

They're frustrated in their plans. Maybe God even takes some of them away in judgment. When we see that.

And verse 10 follows, we rejoice. What are we rejoicing in? We're rejoicing in the fact that there is a God who judges in the earth.

And, you know, one of the complaints that folks have is that, wow, all this evil goes around and nothing happens. Well, you know, while there is a delay between evil being done and evil being judged, there's always perfect justice when God finally moves. And why doesn't God move immediately?

Well, if He did, we'd all be dead. He's allowing time for repentance. He's allowing time for His purposes.

to be carried out. Isn't it true that the evil that's been done to you has caused you to grow in ways that you wouldn't have otherwise? And so this is the reason why God allows a delay between the doing of evil and the judging of evil.

He allows time for repentance. He allows time for His purposes. He allows time for the growth of His people.

He allows time for testing of our faith. But in the end, we're going to see there is a God who judges in the earth. And a lot of that's going to be seen on the day of judgment.

Some of that is seen in this life. But with reference to all of that, we've got to be patient and realize justice delayed is not justice denied. Justice is delayed so that other purposes can be accomplished.

As it says in 2 Peter 3, The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come. So be patient.

Recognize that the scales of justice aren't going to be balanced immediately, but they will be. And in that is the patience of the saints, and in that is the confidence of the saints. And one day we will, along with the angels, rejoice at the perfect justice of God with reference to those who defied him, Roger, please go ahead.

This is a praise and a thanksgiving for the prayers, the requests yesterday, and the service and the fellowship with the family following was truly sweet, and the resurrection, all the passages are just abundant, so I rejoice. Thank you for the prayers. Amen, Roger.

So Al, KJ7QQH, we are returning thanks to God for answering the prayer that we prayed for Roger yesterday. We knew he had a funeral memorial service he was going to be preaching at and doing music at. And we just got a really good report that God answered prayer.

Comfort was extended. The gospel was preached. and people were blessed.

This is KJ7QQH. Let's come before the Lord in prayer. Heavenly Father, we thank you for another day in your words and in your presence.

We thank you for this blessed day where... We know that we have you to go before us to save us from ourselves. When we look at them, we need to remember self-control, to remember that we don't need to retaliate against our enemies when we're under attack, that you will be there to avenge us.

We also want to ask that you would be pleased that go before us and provide us with any means that we have to bring before you today. We also want to offer up praises and be thankful for the good things that you do give us. Like the report that Roger just gave, Roger WB7BPL, We kept praise for the interpereur at the memorial service yesterday.

That went well and you were glorified. That was the main thing we were praying for. Now we also want to lift up our prayer.

Brother Brian, K-7, a VIP, asking for safety and success in the painting on the outside of his house. We lift up Brother Mike, W-7, T-W-O, for the healing of his rotator cusps. and a giving relief from that pain.

For our brother Keith, K7, VI's at NEV, his daughter Sierra has a baby in Utero with spina bifida and we pray for wisdom in the treatment options there. For our brother Ed, in 6XLH, his brother-in-law and his wife still need to show their house We ask that you provide them with a qualified buyer. Also, Ed's wife Anne is flying home to Redmond from Sacramento this afternoon.

We pray for a safe trip and a happy landing for her and for her trip to the airport for Ed to get her home today. For Will, Jule Mike Byer-Frockstrap, we pray for his hormone treatment, radiation, that would be effective in restraining and removing his prostate cancer. We also get praise for his safe return home from his camping trip.

For Carol, KK7TPO, for her son and her son-in-law Chris. for keeping them under control. And we also want to praise for the victims of those fires that have lost so much.

Our brother Steve, W6YSI, for the sale of his home in Challenge, California, and for the wisdom in finding a new home to purchase in Tuala County, California. For Scott, KB7. We pray for his wife Pam who has severe lupus and that would go into remission.

And we pray for his daughter Kendra who's undergoing multiple chronic health needs, still needs some prayer there. We give praise for the safe return home from the travel to the family reunion. And I give praise that that's showing a slow but positive progress.

And thank you for the progress that you've given so far. We continue to pray for our son, John, who's still battling cancer, but is showing good progress according to the doctors. The numbers are doing good.

And also our neighbor, son Lucas, who's lost his hearing suddenly. He's in need of a treatment plan that is accessible to the insurance that he's dealing through. And we also lift up Rick Volpinger.

He needs to sell his business and we pray for a qualified buyer to come and purchase that. Also for Carol KK7TPO, we pray for Judy, a Christian who has stage 2 lung cancer. We pray for her healing.

For Doc W6RLJ, we heard from today, we pray for the establishment of the dental clinic on PG. We understand from him and his report that that's progressing and under construction now. So thank you, Lord, for that.

We thank you for all the good things that you bring us. We know that you know all of our needs and we pray for all those suffering throughout the world. And we just thank you, Lord, for your goodness, your mercy, and your grace to each one of us.

And most of all, for the gift of your son, Jesus Christ. And through him, we pray all these things. Amen.

You've got to understand how tennis is scored. You know, I remember playing tennis back in the day, and it was like two love or something like that. Maybe somebody can illuminate us on what that word love means when it comes to scoring tennis.

I've kind of forgotten actually. Go ahead. I'm with you on that one.

I played tennis too and I remember saying love, but I don't remember what it meant. QQH? QQH, go ahead, Al.

I don't know. Maybe it just removes the negative connotation of zero. That could be.

We'll have to look that up. But, yeah, you know, I remember in high school I think it was playing tennis, and I knew how that scoring went. And I think it's like if you get three points against your opponent, then you win the match.

And so it's like one-one or one-love and two-love or two-two or whatever. So, yeah, it could be that love is just a reference to zero. Over.

I looked it up. Go ahead, Beck. In tennis, love is short for L-O-V-E.

Love in tennis is L-U-V, which means a score of zero. It is used to indicate that the player of the team has not won any points in the game, set, or match. Well, all right, we guessed correctly.

So thank you, Beck, for looking that up. That is great. So yeah, love means nothing.

Well, love is zero, right? So it's L-U-V, okay, not L-O-V-E. And yeah, that's interesting.

So if it's one love, that means it's one zero. So, yeah, love means nothing. That works, yes.

Well, it's about time you got out of bed, brother. We've been missing you the last couple of days. You been out gallivanting around or what?

Well, I was working at the big car classic in Monterey, California, since Friday, and I think we saw a couple of billion dollars worth of expensive cars. Yeah, I copy that. You told us you were going to be going down there.

I'd kind of forgotten about that. I'm thinking, "Where is Jeff? Where is Jeff?" I thought, "Well, maybe he's gone up to Coeur d'Alene to work on the antenna." I didn't know what was going on, but good to have you back and good to hear your voice, So you parked cars and whatnot and saw some fancy cars.

Lots of paint and sheet metal down there it sounds like. Oh my goodness. A partner and I just bought a car.

We didn't take it down, but now we're wondering why we didn't. We bought a 2016 Shelby Cobra Super Snake. 750 horsepower Mustang.

I'm probably good. We didn't take it down. Yeah, what a nice car.

Do you guys drive it or is it just parked over? No, we're both a little over 70. And we decided, you know what?

Why not? Neither of us have ever done this. But we take our honeys on a little ride in the convertible once in a while.

Yeah, copy that. You know, the thing about a nice car is that, you know, you can look at it, but hey, you know, like you said, you're not getting any younger. Let's go out and drive it and enjoy the experience for sure.

So anyway, it must be nice to use when you're passing some slowpoke. You know, the only problem with this car is it has so much horsepower that if you're in first gear, it's a six-speed distinct. But if you just touch the accelerator, no matter what gear you're in, you're going to lose traction.

Yeah, copy that. It's not a heavy car. And I had a friend who had a Pontiac Firebird that was the same way.

And, you know, when you go to pass somebody and you romp on it, it barks the tires before you pass. So he had some big slicks on the back or something. But, yeah, when you have that kind of horsepower, you've got to really be gentle with the accelerator or you're going to lose your control, over.

Yeah. Yeah, there's been many people with all these cars that have crashed them. We just have to be careful.

I may have had a habit of not going over the speed limit if I don't have to. So anyway, that aside, back to Bible study. Good stuff to hear you guys again.

how's your wife doing these days? She's doing good. She's back to work for now.

She's going on the college tires in December. But she's doing good. She's doing good.
