Much appreciated. All right, we are in Psalm 19. And Psalm 19 is a psalm about the self-revelation of God.

And so a lot of people ask the question, well, how do you know there's a God? And how do we know who He is? And what does He want out of us?

How do we know how we can have a relationship with Him? They ask all these questions about God. Well, the only way those questions can be answered is if God Himself tells us what the answers to those questions are.

And if there's a God who made us and who has any interest in us and a plan for us, then we would expect that he would communicate with us regarding those matters. We would expect him to reveal himself and communicate with us and tell us what his intentions are and what his will is. and how we're supposed to serve and worship him.

Well, this is exactly what God has done. God has engaged in several acts of self-revelation to the people he has made, and Psalm 19 sets out two of those acts of self-revelation where God has revealed himself to the people that He made. And so, God's self-disclosure and communication with us takes two forms: that of general revelation and that of special revelation.

So the first form of revelation, that of general revelation, is achieved by means of the natural creation. And so when we look at the creation God has made, that reveals many things about Himself. that we can learn.

The invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen. So we have the book of creation in which God reveals some things about himself just by the handiwork that he has produced. The second form of revelation is that of special revelation and that comes to us in the form of the Bible, the scriptures.

And so the Bible reveals in great detail and with a lot of precision a lot of things about God. And God has revealed himself in nature. God has revealed himself in Scripture.

And by reading the book of nature and by reading the book of Scripture, we can learn all we need to know about God, about ourselves, and how we can have a right relationship with him. And so the good news is that God has graciously revealed himself to us in creation and in scripture. And in Psalm 19, the first part there, verses 1 through 7, God is revealing himself in nature.

And then, well, in 1 through 6, he's revealing himself. And then in 7 through 8. He reveals himself in the scriptures.

So we're going to listen to the book of nature this morning. We're going to listen to the book of scripture and by them understand who God is, what he wants of us, and how we can have a relationship with him. So that is our topic.

Scripture introduction this morning. We want to be able to read this passage. Roger, WB7VZL, could you please read for us Psalm 19?

This is WB7VZL reading Psalm 19 from the New American Standard Bible. "The heavens are telling of the glory of God, and their expanse is declaring the work of his hands. Day to day pours forth speech.

The night and night to night reveals knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words. Their voice is not heard.

Their line has gone out through all the earth, and their utterances to the end of the earth. In them he has placed a tent for the sun, which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber. It rejoices as a strong man to run his course.

It's rising is from one end of the heavens and its circuit to the other end of them, and there is nothing hidden from its heat. The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul. The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever.

The judgments of the Lord are true; they are righteous altogether. They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold, sweeter also than honey, and the drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them thy servant is warned; in keeping them there is great reward.

Who can discern his errors? Acquit me of hidden faults. Also keep back thy servant from presumptuous sins.

Let them not rule over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be acquitted. great transgression.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer. Back to you, Max. All right, Roger, WV7VCL, thank you for that reading.

Wonderful reading. This is such a great passage. All right, any comments on Psalm 19?

Please come now with your call sign. WB7VZL Roger, please go ahead As you introduced this psalm, this is God's self-revelation in those marvelous two major divisions of His handiwork. as Creator and as His revelatory experience through His prophets and through the Holy Spirit.

And it is just the whole spectrum of the Word of God as well as the works of God. Over. Okay.

Yeah, that is so true. You know, when it says here in verse 1, "The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows His handiwork," you know, when you go out and you look up at the sky and you see the stars, you know, some of us live in cities and we don't see the stars very much because there's so much light pollution. from the cities, but I live out in the country where there is no light.

And, you know, to go out at night and on the deck and look up at the stars and the Milky Way and, of course, the moon is out. And then, of course, during the day we have the sun. We have the clouds, we have the lightning, all of the things that occur in the atmospheric heavens and in the stellar heavens.

They all make a declaration, they all utter speech. And the speech is, look at the one who created me. You know, you go out and you look at the rainbow after the rain, and you think, "Who designed those colors and who put them together and made them such a beautiful display for enjoyment?" You know, we have the hydrological system, you know, that lifts water out of the ocean, distills it, drops it down on the earth, makes fresh water for us without which we could not live.

And we have our rivers and creeks because of what happens in the heavens, in the firmament that is above us. That word firmament in the King James in verse 1 speaks of the atmospheric heavens. God uses that same word in Genesis.

when it talks about that he separated the waters above from the waters beneath in the firmament. So, yeah, Roger, nature is a wonderful revelation of God. And, you know, it really shows the tremendous evil of evolution that would rob God of his glory by saying that he didn't do it.

That would be like taking Michelangelo's paintings and saying, "Oh, those just happened by accident," and robbing Michelangelo of the honor of the creations that he made. And so this is one reason why... As Christians, we can never embrace or accept the scientific fraud of evolution because it's robbing the one who actually created all things of the glory and the honor that he deserves.

when we see his handiwork. Back to you there, Roger. Yeah, your illustration of Michelangelo was, I think, very effective to my heart, and I'm sure others that heard that I...

One of the memories that I have is passing Florence in Italy and knowing that we wouldn't be facing the crowds, but also equally disappointed that we weren't able to stop by in Florence to see Michelangelo's Creation of David. So we missed that one back over. Yeah, I copy that.

It's not just him. You play lots of symphonic music. For you to say, "Oh, Mozart didn't compose that.

That just fell together by accident when a bunch of printing ink spilled on the floor." It's ridiculous. And, you know, when people worship the creation rather than the creator, or they deny that the creator had anything to do with the creation, you know, it's something that is an attempt to silence the voice of God. You know, a lot of people talk about, "What about the folks who never heard the message?" Well, everybody's heard the message.

Everybody has the Book of Creation right in front of them that points them not only to the existence of God, but also to His power, to His wisdom, to His goodness, to His love of beauty. to his kindness and mercy in using and organizing that to meet all of our needs and supply us with food and water and and shelter and clothing and all the things we need. So, that's why we are committed creationists and that's why we recognize that evolution is science fiction.

I really appreciate a lot the apologetic ministries like the Institute for Creation Research and others who labor to demonstrate the scientific validity of creationism and demonstrate the scientific fallacies of evolution. So when you go out and look at a flower, when you hear the birds sing, when you feel the warmth of the sunshine on your bare skin, You know, when you see the waves of the ocean come crashing in, you look up and see the stellar heavens, a sunrise comes up or a sunset with all the beauty of the flaming colors in the clouds. All of those things should move you to worship.

And thank God. I just got a couple of pictures this morning from Jeff, AK6OK, where he's up on this mountaintop, putting up an antenna at a friend's house, at Peter's house. And, you know, just the beauty of the natural creation right there.

Just once again, made me thank God for all that He has made for our pleasure and for our instruction about who He is and what He has done. All right, any other comments on Psalm 19? Please come down to the call sign.

Go ahead with your comment. Good morning, Max, Roger, everyone, KB7ZXN. Boy, I just, this is one of my favorite songs for many reasons.

It's, well, one of my 150 favorite songs. They're all powerful in their own way. But this one, it just has so much power.

packed in here with simplicity yet with such great force and you know the first I see three sections here in this song myself you know the first one through six where we have a general revelation of God that really gives us a glimpse of just a glimpse of his glory in creation. It is so magnificent for us to behold, yet we know it's just a small glimpse of his glory. And as you pointed out, there's no way it's random or accident or somehow chaos found itself organized in such a fashion.

That just doesn't happen under any laws, spiritual or physics or physical laws. THE FIRST, THAT IS A MAGNIFICENT, YOU KNOW, REVELATION IN OF ITSELF, JUST CREATION AND A GLIMPSE OF HIS GLORY IN THAT. AND THEN, OF COURSE, HIS WRITTEN WORD, WHERE WE SEE HIS WILL REVEALED TO US, A REVELATION OF HIS WILL FOR US, AND WE SEE THAT IN VERSES 7 THROUGH 11, SPOKEN OF.

BUT THEN IN 12 THROUGH 14 THERE, we see where it causes us to respond. It causes us to not only meditate on both of these great revelations, but it should motivate us to the transformation, to respond to these great revelations. that we might turn to God and humble ourselves before such a great God.

You know, we also see really there's no excuses for knowing there is a God that we should humble ourselves before. in Romans 1. But this really, and I wonder if Paul might have been thinking of this psalm likely when he penned those words there, of course, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

But I always just love this psalm because it's one of the most beautiful expressions of the two revelations I think we have in God's Word, KB7 to that extent. Yeah, Kevin, thank you for those comments. And I appreciate the overview.

So, we've got Psalm 19, verses 1 through 6, we have the general revelation of God's creation. In verses 7 through 11, we have the declaration of God's special revelation, which is the Scriptures. And then, as you well pointed out, Kevin, we have the response to both of them.

You know, when we see the natural creation, and all it communicates to us about God, and we see the special revelation, the scriptures, and all it communicates to us about God, then how are we supposed to respond to that? Well, verses 12 to 14 tells us. And so the first thing is, is to recognize that that we are sinful people.

Verse 12 and 13, who can understand his errors? Cleanse thou me from secret faults. Verse 13, keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sin.

Let them not have dominion over me. then shall I be upright and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. And so the first thing we see when we see the greatness of God and we see the holiness of God and we see the standards that God sets before us in His Word The first impression we have is, you know, I don't measure up.

I'm sinful. I've broken God's laws. I'm not worthy of God's attention or presence.

And so we confess that sin. We repent. And, of course, then we look to Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins, for cleansing from sin, for justification before God, and for reconciliation with God.

And so there's this confession of sin. There's this prayer for redemption. And then in verse 14, here's the second response.

Help me to live for you, Lord. Verse 14, let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable. Amen.

In thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my, here it is, redeemer. So we have repentance, we have redemption, and we have a prayer that our whole lives would then be used in the service of God and for the glory of God according to the revelation of God that is given. in the book of nature and in the book of scripture.

All right, great comment, Kevin. Really appreciate you pointing out the connection between all of those parts. All right, any other comments on this section?

Well, I get all excited when I think about what you were saying about God creating everything in the way he did. And it's really interesting to me that people could think that what's going on out in my yard could have happened by evolution. Because I was having a problem with bugs in my blueberries.

But now as more birds are coming to my yard, I don't have any of those bugs in my blueberries anymore. So the birds are good for my blueberries. I've cured them a little bit with flasher, which has done a good job.

But then I go out to my food garden and the birds are just bopping all around there. And it's like, thank you. I mean, I just constantly thank Jesus for sending those birds to eat those bugs.

It's just wonderful. And then the other thing I was thinking of is, now when I see the sunrise, verse 5, it just pops out so funny to me. That when the sun comes up, it says, "A bridegroom coming out of his chamber and rejoices as a strong man to run a race." So I think I'm going to think about that every morning now when I see the sunrise.

But then I was also thinking about verses 12 to 14. I need to memorize those and say them every morning when the sun rises. KB7, KBY, back to you, Matt.

Yeah, Debbie, thank you for those comments. Appreciate that a lot. You know, the balance of nature is amazing when God created it.

There's nothing out of kilter, there's nothing out of sorts. A lot of times an engineer will design a machine and he doesn't get one part right and so the machine self-destructs. He's got to go back and redesign it.

After several dozen redesigns, maybe he eventually gets it so all the parts work together properly and the thing doesn't self-destruct. Well, God got it right the first time, and while it has been somewhat defaced in the fall and because of the curse, nevertheless we can still see the beauty and the balance of nature and how all the parts are designed to work together. You know, the birds eat the bugs and The bugs are there to provide food for the birds, and because God has provided the birds, we get to eat because they take care of the bugs.

So that's an amazing thing. And yeah, the glory of the sunrise. you know, that metaphor that is used there is that verse 5, which is, as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber and rejoices as a strong man to run the race.

So, you know, when a bridegroom rises to take his wife, And that's what the picture here is of something of strength, something of protection, something of provision. Where would we be without the sun? And so thanks to the Lord for providing that.

And the good news is that it's not too close. Otherwise, we'd get burned up. that are both totally stupid.

One of them is named Joe Dirt. And these two dogs, we drive around on a four-wheel drive side by side to haul stuff back and forth to the tower and so forth. And as we're driving along, those two dogs are running in front of us, not behind us.

They run in front of us, and they're running about a foot from the front tires. One of them is going to get run over someday, but they've been doing this for quite a long time. They're pretty good at it.

Well, they're looking backwards, you know, like, hey, I'm leading the way. And I'm thinking, aren't we just like, we're absolutely stupid, and God's protecting us from all of this just so we can live the life we live. And we're eternally grateful for God and what he's provided us.

in the beauty of what's up in this area. This is all over the country, of course. It's a beautiful country.

But not only that, he's keeping us from destroying ourselves from just stupid decisions. Max, over. Jeff, what a great illustration.

Yeah, you know, my son has a 4x4 and a dumb dog just like that. He doesn't have to run in front. their inadequacies, their ignorances, their foolishness, and yet the benevolence that you demonstrate towards them.

It's just an echo and a reflection of the benevolence that God places upon us. And you know, in our passage here, verse 12, who can understand his errors? cleanse me from secret faults.

And so what he's confessing there in verse 12 is there's a lot he doesn't understand. There's a lot he's not aware of. God sees things he'll never see.

And so he's saying, God, take care of those things. I'm too dumb to understand and figure out and know about, you know about them. And you look on me and you see my weaknesses, my ignorances, my sinfulnesses that even I don't understand.

So Lord, take care of me. And God does. You know, He meets our needs through nature, food, clothing, shelter, all of those things.

And then He meets our needs through the scriptures for redemption and salvation and peace and forgiveness. and comfort. And so thank the Lord that he is infinitely above us.

He looks down on us. He has mercy toward us. Jeff, that's a great illustration.

By the way, we love and care for our dogs as dumb as they are. God loves and cares for us as dumb as we are. And when we put ourselves in silly places, he looks out for us and makes sure that we don't get run over.

Yeah, I... just reflecting on this text here, we see, I think, one of the perspectives that I really like here is how the witness of God's creation It opens the door to the proclamation of His Word. And that is, His very creation, the glory revealed in the cosmos and His creation, whether it be from the macro level and looking through the heavens or to the 200 million...

proteins identified in in life through the most powerful computations in the world we see the hand of god in that creation and yet that hand of creation for all its glory that it reveals of god the personal revelation of god through his word of his will to us of the glory of the gospel uh is direct and personal. And it's what we see, I think, in Romans 10, verse 18, where it is proclaimed throughout the world. To all corners of the world, his gospel is going to be proclaimed, will be known.

But the... The cosmic, the creation of God, even without His Word, reveals not only His power and His presence, but also His purpose in the sense, too, that there are... There's a witness that breaks all language barriers, breaks all generational barriers, breaks all barriers of every type, because every generation, everyone will have an interaction with creation.

And so with that, that just opens the door for the opportunity to proclaim His Word and His Gospel. And that's a really beautiful, again, genius of God's plan. KB7 is that example.

Yeah, Kevin, really well said. Yeah, the book of creation opens the door to talk about the book of special revelation. And so when we look at creation...

It tells us about God's existence, right? The invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen. It tells us about God's power, His power to be able to make all of this.

It tells us about His wisdom in establishing all the laws of the universe that make it all work so well. It tells us about God's goodness, because He creates beauty and pleasure for all of His creation to enjoy. It tells us about God's faithfulness, the seasons, the laws of nature, the regularity of planetary motion.

You know, all of those things show God's faithfulness. And of course, God's immensity is seen in the creation. He spans the universe.

He is made. He's infinite. bigger than the universe he made, and in his sovereignty, how he makes all that he pleases, but only what he pleases.

I ran across a quote from Charles Spurgeon about this whole subject, and he says this, quote: "Whoever looks at the natural creation and concludes himself to be an atheist, demonstrates himself at that moment to either be an idiot or else a liar. And that's why it says in Psalm 14, 1, which we just looked at a little bit ago, the fool has said in his heart, there is no God. So creation is a continuous preacher.

of the presence and the power of God. And its evidence is irrefutable, and its oratory is irresistible, and its power is overwhelming. And so as we talk about that with people, we can then segue right from that, there is a God, here's what he's like, to the special revelation, he sent his son to provide redemption from our sins.

So Kevin, thanks for making that connection and how that talking about nature, which everybody likes to talk about, opens the door then to talking about the one who made it and then of course the gospel that he has that brings us into a relationship with him. KB7, KTY. KB7, KTY, go ahead. Looking at verse 7, the testimony of the Lord is sure, making life is simple.

And that kind of is amazing to me to think about how that someone that isn't very smart, I think about the Scripture. The more we talk about the Scripture, more that we believe the Scripture, the more we align our minds and our thinking to the Scripture, really the smarter we get. KV7, KTY, back to Matt.

That's true. It says in Proverbs 2, verse 5, I think it is, the Lord gives wisdom, and out of his mouth proceeds knowledge and understanding. And, you know, We all know people who have super high IQs.

They're way smarter than we are, and yet they don't have wisdom. And they make very foolish, self-destructive choices, and the outcomes in their life are just really bad because they lack that wisdom. And so the Bible says the interest of that word gives light, it gives understanding to the simple.

And so you're right, you know, the testimony of the Lord is sure in verse 7b there. And so God's word is reliable, it's trustworthy, it's rock solid, it's certain. Heaven and earth are going to pass away, God's words are never going to pass away, and that's why it makes the simple person, that is the person that's not too bright, It makes them very wise.

Fools become wise, and the ignorant become learned, and the superficial become profound when they learn the Scriptures. And so, if we want to be wise, read the Bible, listen to the Bible, and believe what the Bible says, start acting on what the Bible instructs you to do, and you're going to see your outcomes dramatically improve, and you're going to start making really good choices that have good outcomes, and you're going to be punching way above your intellectual weight. when you just start echoing what God has to say about issues of life and morality, time and eternity.

- WB7VZL, please go ahead. Yeah, this psalm is incredible, isn't it? Yeah, and thank you, Kathy, for highlighting the bridegroom, the metaphor of the sun and the sunrise, the panoramic view of the East that you and Max are so privileged to have.

This imagery must really speak to you strongly every morning from your view. And the garden plants, too, they must rejoice as well because your hillside is pointed toward the east, and they're saying, whippy, great, we can produce some more chlorophyll on our leaves. And thank you for sharing about it.

The balance of nature, as Max summarized your idea, the birds taking care of the insects that are bothering those plants and irritating them. But, yeah, this psalm is the most comprehensive psalm, and there's all sorts of side references. And I thank Kevin for highlighting Romans 1.

19 and 20. And that powerful, that's where he basically took it from, from what I can see. And, of course, the ending, the Lord is my rock and my redeemer, very much like your favorite passage, Max.

in the previous psalm in verse 46. Go ahead, Max. Yeah, Roger, well said.

I, you know, we've talked quite a bit about the natural creation, and it's all been wonderful, but there are some tremendous descriptive adjectives here in verses 7 through 11 about the Bible itself. You know, it says in verse 7a, the law of the Lord is perfect, which means the scriptures contain no flaws, no defects, no omissions, no errors, You know, it's inerrant and it's infallible. And what does it do?

It converts the soul. We want to see people saved. We've got to bring to them that inerrant, infallible, perfect Word of God.

And then the testimony of the Lord is sure. It's reliable. It's trustworthy.

It's rock solid. It's certain. Heaven and earth may pass away, but God's Word is never going to pass away.

And then in verse 8, it says the statutes of the Lord are right. They're correct, they're fitting, they're proper, they're sufficient for every issue and matter in life. They're never wrong, they're never inappropriate, and they're never inadequate.

And what do they do? They rejoice the heart. You know, when you read the Bible, your heart gets happy.

And so, it's so important for us to realize what the Word of God is. And then in verse 8, "The commandment of the Lord is pure." Nothing in the Bible is ever going to defile you. You know, a lot of entertainment, a lot of books, magazines, the internet, etc., it's defilement.

But when you read the Bible, you're never going to be corrupted by it. You're never going to be a cause of sin as a result of reading it. And what does it do?

It enlightens the eyes. That is, you can now see things that you could never see before. And then, you know, the fear of the Lord is clean.

And so the scriptures which teach us the fear of God produces a cleansing, a sanctifying effect on us. It drives out sin and it removes corruption. and not for a little while, it endures forever.

And so the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. In other words, the pronouncements of God in the Scripture on every subject are true. They're true to the facts, they're true to the law, they're true to the principles of justification of righteousness.

God never misjudges an issue when He describes it in the Bible. So this is the blessing that the scriptures bring to us in our lives as we read them. You know, it's just such a wholesome thing to sit down and read the Bible.

It's just an unmixed blessing. There's never a downside. the any cost to reading the Bible.

A lot of times there's a downside to other activities we engage in, but there is never one with the scriptures. So we have this wonderful declaration about creation. We have this wonderful declaration about the scriptures.

And then we have this wonderful description of our proper response to them all in those closing verses. Confession of sin, relying on God for redemption, and then a desire to walk with the Lord and serve Him all the days of our life. What a grand song.

Alright, let's go to the Lord in prayer. Our kind and gracious Father, we thank you so much for this song. Thank you for the book of creation.

Thank you for the book of salvation, which is the scriptures. And Lord, may we hear the voice of each. When we look on the natural creation, may we see your hand and your wisdom and goodness and worship.

And Father, when we read the scriptures, may we see your Son. and the salvation He provides, and may our trust in Him be strengthened and deepened for our redemption and our forgiveness. And now, Lord, we have some needs that are in front of us today.

Lord, we just thank you that Autumn is back with Roger and Daylene, that she's got an attitude of repentance and contrition. And Father, we're thankful for that. We just continue to pray, Lord, that you would open the eyes of her understanding to the gospel, deliver her, Father, from the false theology that she embraces.

And Lord, I pray for Autumn's salvation. I pray for the development of her social skills. And Lord, that she would just be able to have stability and consistency in her life.

Give Roger and Darlene a patience and wisdom in dealing with her. Lord, we just want to pray for Mary Sue, Will, Keelan, Frank Foxtrot, the sister-in-law. Father, she had a seizure while she was driving and apparently there's something going on in her brain.

Lord, we pray that you'll give the doctors wisdom in being able to diagnose what that problem is and to be able to resolve that. Father, we pray that she would be free from any further seizures and that whatever caused this one may find a medical remedy. Father, just heal her, I pray.

And Lord, Will is going to go out Tuesday and get information about what happened with his PET scan. And Lord, we pray the news would be really good in relationship to that. Father, we just want to continue to pray for Eric, Katie's seven years as mom and her pacemaker installation.

Lord, give her peace. Lord, I pray that Eric would be able to bring the comforts of the Gospel to her. And Lord, may she just commit her cause and her case.

and her life into your hands, knowing that you've supervised the doctors in these procedures, and that, Lord, whatever outcome is produced will be for her good and your glory, and in that, may she find rest. Father, we just pray for Beck as he travels to Eugene to get the stitches out and to find out some information about what this infection he had was, Lord, may it all be good news. And Lord, I pray for a continued healing for Beck, especially with reference to his double vision.

Lord, I pray that his eyesight will become clear and sure. Lord, I pray that the scars would heal up nicely and then fade away. And Lord, we just pray that you would have freedom from pain and Lord good balance and restoration of sight Lord just be with your neighbor Nancy I pray Father for her salvation and Lord I pray that she would open doors and witness Rebecca's standing in her life Lord, we just want to pray for the little town of Benita.

Father, they're having this evil, wicked, pagan country fair. And Lord, much evil is carried out there. And Lord, I just pray for the restraint.

of evil father i pray that you would just put a leash on santa and find him and not allow evil to flow out of that place it into the community i'm going to just pray that to al and others who are our men of god uh would use this as an opportunity father to speak of the contrast between the paganism of the country fair and the scriptural gospel that worships the true and living God. Lord, we want to pray today for Jerry KT6G's boss, Rochelle. Father, let's travel to cancer treatment.

Give her safety as she travels. May the treatment be effective. And Lord, we pray that you would just bring her back home.

And Lord, we want to just pray for Peter, KT6TT and JeffAK6OK. Because they're working today on that antenna, getting it up. Lord, I pray that that would go safely.

I pray that it would go smoothly. I pray, Lord, that everything would work perfectly the first time. Lord, I know somebody's going to be climbing that tower today to hook stuff up.

And, Lord, I pray that you would give them a special safety. Father, we just want to thank you for your kindness and goodness in providing us with the Scriptures. and with the meeting of our needs.

We pray for our sister Carol, KK7TPO, we want that you would heal her back. Lord, we pray for her son-in-law, that he would be able to get his diabetes under control, and that Lord, he would be able to get his back surgery because his blood sugar levels are where they belong. And now, Lord, we just cast ourselves on you once again today for the meeting of our needs.

Be with me as I teach in the seminary. And, Father, I pray that the Word of God would become clear and it would be engrafted into the hearts of these young men that as they go out and minister for a lifetime, the lessons they learn... would be able to be passed on to those that they must turn to.

You know, what an opportunity to share the gospel, right? So we've got people going out into the Oregon Country Fair preaching the gospel to the pagans. And may the Lord open hearts, open ears, open eyes, bring conviction of sin and bring conversion to Christ.

You know, the thing about paganism is that, you know, there's a certain element of excitement there because there's just a liberation to sin. But then all that sin comes down to the roots and all of the negative consequences and fallout of that begins to occur. And that oftentimes is a time where the gospel has an opening and an entrance into people's hearts.

So, yes, thank you for that, Al. I will be praying specifically today for those who are going out into that environment. That God would protect them, that God would give them wisdom and grace and compassion and fluency of speech to be able to convey the gospel to the lost.

And it just surprises me how many people turn to these... turn to these things and things like paganism are still half foothold but that's the way the enemy works so but uh anyway it's wonderful that you you guys will have a presence there i need the qrt blessings to all and i was going to mention that too i helped someone put up a uh one of those 40 meter mostly beams before now not on a 100 foot tower we didn't have a crane that is a massive beam those mostly especially the 40 meter one and and so yeah that's quite a project to get something that big up on a 100 foot tower so again prayers for safety like you mentioned max two kb7 that extend blessings to all Well good Kevin, thank you for that.
